In the Bible Jesus shares a parable which points out the importance of being chosen to receive the appropriate Angelic Garment of Light in order to be able to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven: 1And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said, 2The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. 8Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. 11And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 14For many are called, but few are chosen. (Matthew 22:1-3, 8-14) Also in the Bible there is a description of the Garments of Light worn by the Saints of Heaven at the second coming of Jesus: 7Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. (Revelation 19:7-8, 11-14)
In his book Heaven and its Wonders and Hell From Things Heard and Seen Emmanuel Swedenborg teaches: Chapter 20 vs. 177. "Since angels are men, and live among themselves as men do on the earth, they have garments and dwellings and other such things, with the difference, however, that as they are in a more perfect state all things with them are in greater perfection… 179. The garments of some blaze as if with flame, and those of others glisten as if with light. …Some have garments that are glistening white… and others garments of various colors… 181. When I asked where they got their garments, they said from the Lord, and that they receive them as gifts, and sometimes they are clothed with them unconsciously. They said also that their garments are changed in accordance with their changes of state, that in the first and second state their garments are shining and glistening white, and in the third and fourth state a little less bright… 182. Those in the hells… appear clothed in garments, but in ragged, squalid, and filthy garments… and they can be clothed in no others. It is granted them by the Lord to be clothed, lest they be seen naked." From my own personal experience, when I open up my Crown Chakra and fill my whole body with White Light in the inner Worlds I effectively clothe myself in a Garment of White Light or I have actually seen a Garment of White Light moving towards me through the air then I found myself in a Heaven where there were Guardian Angels standing in pairs in the air in front of the buildings. Personally I believe this is what is sometimes referred to as the Seemless Garment because it is made by God not by man.
