The Path of Fire

C. W. Leadbeater goes on to teach in The Hidden Life in Freemasonry: The path of fire is the path of ascension, from which there is no longer any rebirth under the law of necessity, but only… for the helping of the world. (p235) The Ascended Masters such as Jesus, Saint Germain, El Morya and Kuthumi teach that the Goal of Life is the Ascension. With regards to the Ascension  Leadbeater teaches: In Christian symbolism the Ascension and the Descent of the Holy Ghost stand for the attainment of  Adeptship, for the Adept does ascend clear above humanity, beyond this earth, although if He so chooses, as did the Christ, He may return to teach and help. As He ascends He becomes one with the Holy Spirit. (The Masters and the Path p231-2) Leadbeater gives a clear description of the Resurrection and the Ascension process when he reveals: When (these three bodies, the physical, the astral and the mental, are entirely subordinate to the soul) the lower self will have been absorbed into the higher self. …Now the Monad in its turn begins to dominate the soul; and there will presently come a time when, just as the personality and the soul have become one, the Spirit and the soul will become one in their turn. This is the unification of the ego with the Monad; and when that is achieved the man has attained the object of his descent into matter- he has become the Superman, or Adept. …Having finished with human life, the Perfected Man usually drops His various material bodies, but He retains the power to take up any of them if ever He should need them in the course of His work. (p14) In other words, as Jesus demonstrated to all mankind, first one must gain the Resurrection by uniting their lower selves together with their Higher Mental Body then they can go on to attain the Ascension by uniting their Higher Mental Body with their Soul Body. Our Higher Selves dwell in worlds of Divine Fire therefore in order to reach these worlds one must follow the Path of Fire or the Path of Ascension. That this Path is difficult to find is expressed in the Bible where Jesus teaches: Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14) In the Books of the Saviour, Jesus teaches: Cease not to seek day and night… until ye find the mysteries of the Light-kingdom, which will purify you and make you into refined light and lead you into the Light-kingdom. The Master Saint Germain

The Master Saint Germain, who attained the Ascension in 1684 and Who Leadbeater met in Rome in 1901, is the Lord of the Seventh Ray which is the Activity of the Violet Ray and the controlling directing Intelligence for the New Cycle of ten thousand years. He also represents Freedom to this earth for the next ten thousand years. The Violet Flame was what Jesus used to raise His physical body from the dead and then unite it with His Higher Mental Body thus attaining the Resurrection. Saint Germain teaches that we can cleanse ourselves of all our past mistakes in this lifetime through the use of the Violet Flame. This is the baptism of fire which cleanses us of all our sins or past mistakes. I believe our Higher Mental Body dwells in a World of Violet Flame therefore the Path of Fire to this Plane is a Path of Violet Flame.

THE RISEN LORD APPEARS TO THE DISCIPLES IN JERUSALEM 

Ideally one needs to raise their physical body up into Heaven as Jesus did. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. -Saint Paul (Bible, 1 Corinthians 15:26) After His Resurrection; Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And He said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself: handle Me, and see: for A SPIRIT HATH NOT FLESH AND BONES, AS YE SEE ME HAVE. …He said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish, and of a honeycomb. And He took it, and did eat before them. …And He lead them out as far as to Bethany… and it came to pass, while He blessed them, He was parted from them, and carried up into Heaven. (Bible, Luke 24:36-51) However because only about one person a year has been gaining the Ascension up until the 1930’s the I AM students have been given a New Dispensation enabling them to gain the Ascension at the close of this embodiment. As I understand it this involves drawing the essence of the Physical body up into the Etheric body, then drawing the Etheric body up into the Higher Mental Body thus becoming a Resurrected Master. When the Higher Mental Body is then drawn up into the I AM Presence one becomes an Ascended Master Who is Eternally Free from the human Cycle of Birth and Death. Jesus demonstrated this process by first raising His physical body from the tomb and appearing to Mary as a Resurrected Master and He says to her; Touch me not; for I am not yet Ascended to My Father. (Bible, John 20:17) After forty days He Ascended up into Heaven in front of five hundred people thus becoming an Ascended Master.
