Thou Shalt Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself.

In the Old Testament we are taught: Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart. …Thou shalt not bear any grudge… but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (Bible, Leviticus 19:17-18) Here we are taught to control our feelings or emotions. On the Astral, or Emotional, Plane a person’s emotions will determine what level on this Plane he will be. Negative emotions such as hate or anger will drag a person down to hell while positive emotions such as love and kindness will lift him up into a higher more heavenly level of the Astral Plane. By learning to maintain these feelings we are able to stay at a particular level. Therefore if we want to be in heaven and stay there we must learn to love all, at all times. This of course also includes our enemies. On this subject Jesus teaches the people: Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love thine enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that despitefully use you, and persecute you: That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven. …Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. (Bible, Matthew 5:43-45, 48) When Jesus is asked: Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Bible, Matthew 22:36-39)
